Purpose Statement: The Women’s Ministry Team mission is to meet the spiritual needs of women at NTCC and within the community. Through culturally relevant ministry (western), this team will seek to encourage women to grow in their faith in Christ; develop and strengthen their intimate friendships with other Christian women; and to provide opportunities to serve and reach the community for Christ
